Digital Millennium Copyright Act

At Divinity Daily, it is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws. We are committed to removing content from our site that, in our good faith belief, has been illegally copied and distributed by any of our users. We also reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA.

If we remove or disable access to comply with the DMCA, we will make a good-faith attempt to contact the owner, author, or administrator of each affected site so that they may make a counter notification pursuant to sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA.
